After a maximum of 30 days without an agreement, both parts will be under the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data by Individuals (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares) dispositions, and accepting the intervention of the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI).
